Over the last eighteen months Nesta and the Health Foundation have been working on Realising the Value which was designed to enable people to take an active role in their own health and care. Our friends at Unlimited Potential were a partner in this project and the work done with Salford Dadz played a role in this.
Yesterday we attended the final event of this project in Manchester, one of our members was also a speaker at the event.
He did brilliantly speaking in front of a room full of health professionals, council members and decision makers. His story about how Salford Dadz has helped him came across loud and clear.
